Patriarchy teaches us to see less beauty in the world, to have less happiness, to share less love, to be less unique, and to value and celebrate fewer things. It instills beliefs that teach us to behave differently and negatively toward each other and ourselves. It takes away our choices and compassion while separating our communities.
Life is about becoming yourself to help the world, and the truth is, we are all the same. The things that we think make us different are all figments of the human imagination.
But because smashing patriarchy is exhausting and sometimes depressing, we also need humor. And a lot of it.
I welcome constructive and informative discussion all over this blog. This is a positive space about learning and growing.
